Your signals are funded and evaluated on performance; you keep the upside if successful and accept the time to test if not. Independent, self-directed work is central to this role.

Qualifications

• In-depth experience building predictive signals or trading ideas in markets.
• Proven ability to defend edge with backtesting and reasoning.
• Strong programming and data-analysis skills across large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine predictive signals for commodities, prediction markets, and global macro.
• Demonstrate and document edge; communicate rationale and performance implications.
• Collaborate asynchronously; work with real capital behind ideas and robust risk controls.
