BairesDev is seeking a Quant Developer to translate complex mathematical models into production-grade code for trading and financial systems. You will work with quants and traders to deliver high-reliability analytics and execution infrastructure.

The role focuses on building high-performance trading platforms, OMS, and data pipelines with ultra-low latency. Excellent English and financial software experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, specifically within financial services.
• Strong backend development skills in Java, C++, or Python.
• Proven expertise in building financial systems such as trading platforms, OMS, or market data systems.
• Experience with low-latency or compliance-aware system design.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain high-performance trading platforms, order management systems (OMS), and market data delivery pipelines.
• Optimize core system components for ultra-low latency and high throughput to ensure efficient trade execution.
• Design and build robust tools that support the full lifecycle of data analysis and live systematic trading.
• Partner with research teams to shape the architecture of algorithmic trading systems and risk management frameworks.
• Implement pre-trade compliance and automated audit trails within unified trading environments.
