Job summary

Overseas in the Philippines seeks a Medical Billing Specialist (Psychiatric RCM) to own the full revenue cycle for a busy psychiatric practice. You will manage all internal billing operations, from claims creation to payment posting and denial management, while coordinating with external billing partners.

Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW), Medicare billing, and HIPAA compliance is required; remote work with US business hours is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of full-cycle medical billing experience in psychiatry.
• Proficient in eClinicalWorks (eCW) with recent hands-on experience.
• Experience with Medicare billing.
• HIPAA certified and compliant.
• Knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding in psychiatric settings.
• Strong communication and patient financial discussion skills.
• Remote work setup and availability for US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end internal billing and collection activities for the practice.
• Review claims for accuracy and submit timely to payers.
• Manage denials, appeals, and AR aging.
• Coordinate with external billing vendors as needed.
