Job summary

DCX is seeking a Home-Based Production Artist to vectorize and prepare artwork for production, set up imprints on promotional products, and build product mock-ups for the sales team. You will manage proofs from concept through customer approval and keep projects moving from art file to finished product with high design quality and accuracy.

You will work with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, ensuring accurate file formats, color management, and tight deadlines for US-based clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven graphic design experience.
• Strong English communication skills and professional client interaction.
• Overnight/graveyard shifts may be required to align with US hours.

Responsibilities

• Vectorize logos and prepare production-ready files.
• Create mock-ups and layouts for product illustrations.
• Set up imprints on promotional products and ensure accuracy.
• Pull templates from supplier sites to draft proofs.
• Send proofs for customer review and obtain approvals.
• Monitor production status to prevent delays and coordinate revisions.
