Job summary

DCX Client Services - Home-Based Production Artist in the Philippines seeks a graphic designer to provide day-to-day production support, vectorize logos, create mockups, and maintain brand consistency.

You will collaborate with sales and internal teams, manage proofs, and ensure orders flow smoothly into production, while meeting tight deadlines. A bachelor's degree in design and 1-3 years of experience, strong English, and proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign are required.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creativity across different mediums.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism
• In-depth experience and an established track record in artwork design and finalization, with great attention to detail
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with a dynamic range of people

Responsibilities

• Vectorizing logos, saving them to the proper file format, and crafting mock-ups for the sales team's use
• Setting type and sizing imprints on promotional products
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations.
• Pulling product templates from supplier websites to create proof.
• Sending proof to customers for review and approval.
• Ensuring approved orders are smoothly transitioned into the production phase and monitoring order status to prevent delays.
• Communicating with internal teams and clients for revisions or suggestions.
• Assessing project specifics and creating a final product that adheres to those requirements
• Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above.
