Job summary

HireBooth is seeking a Product & Business Analyst (Mid-Level) to drive product discovery and collaborative delivery within our Product & Technology team. This remote role requires residing in the Philippines and working aligned with Australian business hours.

You will translate complex customer and operational requirements into clear user stories, workflows, and scalable digital experiences across our SaaS platforms, while partnering with engineering and QA to ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience as a Product & Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical thinking with experience in workflow analysis and process mapping.
• Hands-on experience with process mapping and wireframing tools such as Figma.
• Experience collaborating in Agile product delivery environments using Jira and Confluence.
• Proven ability to define product requirements balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
• Availability to work aligned with Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) business hours.
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define problem definitions and opportunity assessments with stakeholders and product teams.
• Produce PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, and journey maps.
• Translate business needs into intuitive workflow designs and wireframes.
• Support solution design and UX workflows with wireframes and prototypes using Figma.
• Partner with engineering to clarify requirements and support sprint planning.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure features meet acceptance criteria.
• Participate in release validation and backlog refinement.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with end users and partners.
• Analyze customer behavior and operational data to form action-oriented recommendations.
