Job summary

RecruitGo Careers is seeking a Probate and Trust Administration Paralegal to support estate administration and legal document preparation. You must be a Philippine law school graduate with excellent English skills, strong attention to detail, and experience drafting and proofreading legal documents.

Probate or estate planning experience is a plus. The role requires working with the Probate Team, reviewing documents, and maintaining client files.

Qualifications

• Drafting and proofreading legal documents using templates.
• Excellent English grammar and punctuation.
• Attorney in the Philippines with a law degree.
• High confidentiality when handling client information.
• Experience with MS Word, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Review documents, email, and communications for accuracy.
• Attend weekly team meetings via Teams/Zoom.
• Support Probate Team with administrative tasks.
• Draft estate administration documents such as affidavits and releases.
• Maintain organized electronic client files and calendars.
• Communicate with clients and follow up on appointments.
