Job summary

RecruitGo Careers is hiring an Estate Planning Paralegal - Funding Support to draft and proofread legal documents, manage client records, and track estate funding matters. The candidate should have strong English skills and legal drafting experience, preferably with templates.

Work-from-home in the Philippines, 40 hours/week, schedule 3:00 PM–12:00 AM PH. Prior law-school graduate in the Philippines is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Must have drafted and proofread legal documents with templates.
• Excellent English grammar and punctuation required.
• Experience with MS Word and email/meeting tools.

Responsibilities

• Draft funding documents using HotDocs and templates.
• Review documents and communications for accuracy.
• Attend weekly meetings via Teams/Zoom and support the Funding Team.
• Maintain organized client files and update database records.
• Track funding matters and flag incomplete items; ensure cybersecurity awareness.
