Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced presentation and visual graphics specialists to train AI‑powered language models on professional slides and decks. You will support top consulting or banking teams by creating, evaluating, and refining AI‑generated presentations across core workflows.

Fully remote, flexible scheduling (5–20 hours per week or more). Compensation is $70 per hour, with ASAP start. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in a professional design team and expert PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a presentation design or visual graphics team at a top consulting firm, bank, or agency
• Expert‑level PowerPoint skills, including master templates, complex exhibits, and brand systems
• Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated presentations and slide decks.
• Design slides with layout templates, exhibits, and charts.
• Ensure visual hierarchy and brand‑compliant deck production.
• Deliver complex graphics builds and rapid turnaround fixes.
