Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Content Creator based in Spain to produce code-along content, demos, and developer-focused materials for Pear/Bare P2P infrastructure. You will prototype and demonstrate how developers build resilient, serverless P2P apps, with a focus on practical, engaging storytelling.

You’ll work with protocol and product teams, create tutorials and walkthroughs, and help drive developer adoption across time zones in a globally distributed, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in technical roles such as technical content creation, solutions engineering, backend development, or similar field.
• Strong programming skills with Node.js, C, or C++ and ability to work with networking/runtime concepts.
• Solid understanding of peer-to-peer networking, distributed systems, and decentralized architecture.
• Experience producing polished screen recordings, video tutorials, or developer-focused content.
• Strong technical writing and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Build functional peer-to-peer applications and infrastructure prototypes using Pear and Bare with independence.
• Develop practical demonstrations such as P2P chat, file synchronization, and data replication.
• Record clear, polished technical screen-share walkthroughs and video demonstrations.
• Translate complex protocol changes and cryptographic concepts into accessible content.
• Create code-along videos, tutorials, sample projects, and interactive repositories.
• Collaborate with protocol and product teams to keep content accurate and current.
• Prototype new concepts showing how developers can build resilient, serverless P2P apps.
• Partner with influencers and content creators to provide demos and assets.
• Identify compelling technical stories to help developers understand and adopt the ecosystem.
