Job summary

Zone & Company Software Consulting LLC (Zone) is seeking a Functional Consultant to gather and analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specs and user stories within NetSuite-based ERP environments. You will work with technical teams to design configurations, run product demos, and provide training to ensure successful implementation.

The role involves testing, QA, ongoing client support, and staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a functional consulting role within fintech.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from customers.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and configure solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
• Assist in testing and QA to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Provide ongoing customer support and troubleshoot issues.
• Document processes and configurations for future reference.
