Job summary

Hunt St is actively seeking a high-calibre Level 2/3 MSP Engineer based in the Philippines for a fully remote engagement with AU clients. You will own technical issues end-to-end, not just ticket-passing, and take real ownership from initial diagnosis to resolution.

This role requires deep troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, and security tooling, with hands-on experience in Autotask and Kaseya RMM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of MSP help desk experience
• Strong MSP tool experience (Autotask, Kaseya, Datto)
• Hands-on with Windows Server, 365, and Google Workspace
• Networking basics and security tooling familiarity
• Excellent English communication and customer service

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support in MSP environment and resolve escalated desktop, app, and network issues
• Deliver professional service via phone, email, and tickets with SLA adherence
• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Admin Portal, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, ensure devices are secure and updated
• Diagnose networking issues (DHCP/DNS/LAN/WLAN/WAN)
• Support common business apps (MYOB, QB Online, Dropbox, Adobe CC)
• Set up and maintain peripherals (printers, scanners, cameras)
• Manage tickets end-to-end using Autotask/Kaseya, document updates
• Monitor endpoints with RMM tools and address issues proactively
• Implement and troubleshoot backups (Datto/StorageCraft) and security (Bitdefender)
• Provide basic server support and assist senior engineers with escalations
• Configure Fortinet firewalls and fix connectivity issues
• Maintain technical docs and contribute to knowledge base
• Escalate complex issues and follow through with clients
