Lightspeed Commerce, Inc. is seeking a talented Motion Designer to join our in-house global brand team. This permanent, work-from-home role focuses on creating engaging motion content for a range of channels and campaigns, while maintaining brand consistency and high-quality standards across all outputs.

You will collaborate with content creators, support animation and editing, and help bring our brand storytelling to life for a worldwide audience from your home office in the Philippines.

Qualifikationen

• A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and high-quality work.
• Previous experience in motion design or video production.
• A positive, collaborative mindset and a "yes, and" approach to creative problem-solving.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• A strong eye for design and an interest in emerging creative trends.
• Strong English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Create engaging video content for social media, advertising, brand campaigns, product demos, events and more.
• Support the creative team with animation, motion graphics, audio selection, colour correction and video editing.
• Adapt and optimise video content for different channels and platforms.
• Develop storyboards to bring creative concepts to life from start to finish.
• Maintain brand consistency and high-quality standards across all motion content.
• Collaborate with content creators and key stakeholders to develop and deliver creative ideas.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and explore new creative opportunities.
• Manage project timelines and meet deadlines with guidance from the project manager.
