AICines is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to fine-tune and ship generative models behind its AI video and image pipeline. You’ll work on production-grade systems, not just notebooks, and help scale generation pipelines.

You’ll be paired with senior engineers from week one and collaborate with founders on live problems. This remote role offers flexible hours and opportunities to grow into ML leadership as the team expands.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Strong Python and ML fundamentals with practical experience in generative models.
• Able to work in a fast-moving, remote-first team and communicate technical decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Fine-tune and ship generative video/image models into production.
• Build infrastructure to run generation pipelines at scale.
• Work on prompt systems and character consistency.
• Fix real model and pipeline issues as the platform grows.
• Collaborate with founders and senior engineers on production systems.
