Qualifications

• Python — core requirement.
• Hands-on with any of: LLM APIs, diffusion models, video generation, or ML frameworks.
• Understanding of APIs, async work, and cloud basics.
• A GitHub, published project, or body of generated work.
• No prior professional experience required — students, recent graduates, and junior candidates are all encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI video and image generation pipelines.
• Integrate and evaluate models — video, image, audio, and LLMs.
• Build prompt systems for consistent characters, styles, and worlds across generations.
• Optimise inference cost and latency for a live, global user base.
• Build internal tooling for the creative team.
• Test new models as they release and report what\'s worth adopting.
