Job summary

Three Sixty Digital is seeking a mid-level designer to deliver creative work across client accounts. Reporting to the Head of Design, you will collaborate with designers, content creators, digital marketers and account managers to produce high-quality assets that strengthen client brands and achieve marketing goals.

Day to day you will turn briefs into social content and digital assets, design across multiple channels, and manage multiple projects while ensuring brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional design experience.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour and brand application.
• Experience designing for digital channels including social media, websites and EDMs.

Responsibilities

• Turn briefs into engaging social content and polished digital assets.
• Design across social, blogs, EDMs, presentations, brand collateral and more.
• Manage design delivery across multiple projects and clients.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across touchpoints.
• Contribute ideas balancing creativity with business objectives.
• Collaborate with the wider team to bring campaigns and content to life.
