Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to support our US-based physicians from a fully remote Philippines home office. You will transcribe clinical notes, document encounters, and ensure accurate records in our EHR system.

This role requires strong English communication, at least 1 year of medical scribing or related experience, familiarity with wound care terminology, and reliable internet.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills—spoken and written.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in medical scribing, transcription, or healthcare admin support.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation.
• Familiarity with wound care terminology (staging, debridement, NPWT).
• Experience with EHR platforms (PointClickCare, Epic, Cerner or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet documentation deadlines.
• Reliable high-speed internet.
• Dedicated quiet home workspace with noise-cancelling headset.
• Self-motivated and dependable in a fully remote environment.
