Job summary
Skilled Wound Care — Remote Philippines Based — is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to support US physicians. You will transcribe clinical notes, document encounters, and ensure accurate records in our EHR system from a quiet home workspace.
Qualifications include at least 1 year in medical scribing or related field, strong English skills, and familiarity with medical terminology. This fully remote position aligns with US Central/Eastern hours and offers competitive hourly pay.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in medical scribing, transcription, or healthcare administrative support.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Transcribe clinical notes accurately.
- Document wound assessments and treatment plans.
- Enter documentation into designated EHR platforms promptly.
- Ensure notes are complete and submitted within required timeframes.
- Upload medical records to payer portals as needed.
- Communicate clearly with physicians and clinical staff in English.
- Flag incomplete or missing documentation for physician review.
- Participate in regular check-ins with physician and operations team.
