Job summary

JotPsych is hiring two to three Medical Billers to own end-to-end billing and credentialing for a dedicated set of provider customers. You will submit clean claims, post payments, drive collections, and enroll providers with insurers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years US medical billing and/or credentialing experience, with 2+ years in behavioral health.
• Fluent English on calls and in written communications.
• 4+ hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time.
• Manage 60–90+ concurrent credentialing tracks.
• Hands-on with US payer portals: Availity, CAQH ProView, PECOS.

Responsibilities

• Submit clean claims and drive collections for psychiatry and behavioral health practices.
• Credentialing: enroll providers, CAQH profiles, payer enrollment across multiple payers.
• Manage full claim lifecycle from entry to final payment and resolve denials.
• Perform primary source verification and monitor document validity.
• Follow up systematically on pending applications and escalate when needed.
