Job summary

BairesDev is a fully remote technology company seeking a skilled Marketo Developer to design integrations and automations on the Marketo platform, bridging marketing strategy and execution with global impact.

You will build campaigns, manage smart activities, and implement CRM synchronizations. You will extend Marketo via APIs to connect third-party tools, optimising performance and data flows across the MarTech stack.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Marketing Automation or related field.
• Proven expertise in Marketo custom integrations and automations.
• Experience building campaigns and lead nurturing with Marketo.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Marketo integrations and automated workflows.
• Build and manage smart campaigns and lead nurturing sequences.
• Implement bidirectional synchronizations between Marketo and CRM systems.
• Develop solutions using Marketo APIs to extend platform capabilities.
• Optimize marketing automation performance through troubleshooting and config.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to translate business requirements into scalable architectures.
