This role blends administrative tasks, market research, content creation, and light design work—ideal for someone resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of producing polished materials for external and internal audiences.

Qualifications

• Background in marketing, research, communications, administration, or sales support.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Strong research and analytical capabilities.
• Basic to intermediate graphic design experience (Canva or similar).
• Ability to create business-ready content such as slides, reports, or infographics.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independent work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a directory of industry organizations and track key decision makers.
• Draft thought-leadership posts, outlines, and blog articles; create email sequences.
• Design marketing collateral and visuals; develop presentation templates for meetings and events.
• Monitor market changes, summarize competitive updates, and translate regulatory updates into clear summaries.
