Job summary

Outsourced.ph, a leading ISO-certified Philippines offshore outsourcing company, seeks a Marketing Officer to drive branding, digital presence, and campaigns for the Professional Certification Group. You will optimize SEO, manage paid ads, content, and communications across PCG offices and markets.

The role requires hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO, WordPress, and CRM tools, plus strong writing and design skills. Hybrid work, 13th month pay, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Google Ads and paid digital advertising platforms.
• Proven experience with SEO tools and techniques.
• Proven experience with WordPress and other website/design tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Marketing document design experience is a plus.
• Experience with SharePoint (intranet) is a bonus.
• Experience with Mailchimp is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote/offshore team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the PCG website, ensuring content is accurate, current, and on-brand.
• Develop and maintain marketing content, collateral, and brand assets across the business.
• Manage social media channels and content calendars.
• Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (e.g. Google Ads) within budget.
• Manage SEO performance, including on-page optimization and ongoing visibility improvements.
• Conduct market and competitor comparisons to inform marketing decisions.
• Manage PCG's intranet and support internal communications.
• Assist with tender and proposal materials; manage marketing CRM and budget tracking.
