LearnTastic is seeking a Marketing Generalist for a remote role who can juggle WordPress updates, Salesforce campaign setup, analytics, and design tasks in a fast-growing education tech environment.

You will support email campaigns, CRM records, and marketing collateral creation using Adobe Creative Suite, while building presentations for sales and leadership. 1–3 years of marketing experience preferred.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of hands-on marketing experience, internships count.
• Hands-on experience editing websites in WordPress.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce MCAE / Pardot.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong PowerPoint skills — building clean, professional, on-brand decks.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Understanding of core marketing principles: campaigns, segmentation, content strategy, basic SEO.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Update webpages in WordPress (content, images, layout).
• Support email marketing and campaigns using Salesforce MCAE / Pardot.
• Manage records and leads in Salesforce CRM.
• Design marketing collateral (social graphics, one-pagers, decks) in Adobe CS.
• Build and format PowerPoint presentations for sales and leadership.
• Monitor website and campaign performance with Google Analytics.
• Assist with paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, social ads).
• Support broader marketing functions and cross-team collaboration.
• Collaborate with sales and departments to align marketing efforts.
• Social media posting and monitoring.
