Responsibilities include content creation, performance analysis, and collaboration with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in marketing, strong writing, and hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field.
• 2-3 years of marketing experience in B2B, corporate, or agency environments.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy and integrated marketing communications.
• Content creation and copywriting across digital platforms.
• Data analysis and performance reporting (KPIs, ROI, engagement metrics).
• Marketing strategy and campaign execution.
• Digital advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads basics to intermediate).
• Marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
• Event marketing and project coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
