GoTeam in the Philippines is seeking a Marketing Designer to turn brand guidelines into production-ready visuals for digital campaigns, websites, pitch decks, and print assets.

The role is remote (Philippines-wide) with night shifts (9:00 PM–6:00 AM PHT). You will work within a design system, collaborate with a Creative Design Manager, and deliver high-quality, brand-consistent assets across multi-channel marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design or marketing design.
• Hands-on proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience producing digital campaign assets, pitch decks, data visualizations, and print-ready files.
• Exposure to structured B2B, SaaS, or tech marketing environments.
• Willingness to work fixed night shifts (9:00 PM–6:00 AM PHT) from a home office in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, digital ads, and landing pages.
• Create website imagery, infographics, illustrations, and marketing assets.
• Translate complex shipping analytics into clear visualizations.
• Prepare print-ready files for trade shows, banners, and signage.
• Maintain brand consistency across channels and templates.
