J-K Netwok Services in Pasay City, Philippines, is recruiting for a Mandarin Sales and Marketing Executive. The role targets Mandarin-fluent professionals to support a multinational consulting company’s Mandarin team, operating in a dayshift schedule (9am-6pm, Mon-Fri) with a work-from-home setup and a monthly salary of Php 115,000.

Open to Filipino/Filipino-Chinese or foreign nationals proficient in Mandarin and English. Benefits include 13th month pay, HMO, and visa support among others.

Qualifications

• MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in project management within a CPG or FMCG environment.
• 5 years of product innovation and marketing experience.
• Strong MSO skills (Excel, PPT, Word) and background on MSP.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end management of product and packaging innovation projects, spanning concept development, feasibility testing, R&D, and business approval.
• Coordinate project meetings such as kick-offs, status updates, and retrospective sessions, making sure important decisions and updates reach all relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of project documentation by consolidating all essential information and supporting materials.
• Develop strong relationships and promote a culture of continuous improvement to encourage cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
• Strong strategic influence to drive cross-functional teams toward execution.
• Solid technical and organisational abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to perform well under pressure.
• Exceptional communication skills in terms of written, verbal, and interpersonal
• Skilled in coordinating and supporting various stakeholders
• Able to prioritise tasks and adapt in a constantly changing environment
