Blue Crocus Solutions is seeking a Local SEO Specialist to own Google Maps, Bing Places and Apple Maps listings for 35+ clients. You’ll audit, fix, verify, and keep profiles accurate month after month, with clear documentation for future teams.

You’ll respond to reviews within 48 hours, monitor map results, and collaborate with a citation specialist to ensure consistent NAP across platforms, while reporting monthly results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on Google Business Profile work for multiple businesses.
• Experience with Bing Places for Business and Apple Maps listings.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Audit and optimize Google Business Profile listings with accurate categories and hours.
• Handle suspensions, verifications, and recoveries through to live listings.
• Manage Bing Places and Apple Maps to keep profiles synchronized.
• Respond to reviews within 48 hours in the client’s voice.
• Monitor local map results and report spam or fake listings.
• Coordinate with citation specialist to align NAP across platforms.
• Run local rank grids and monthly performance reports.
• Maintain and update the local SEO SOP in Waybook.
