This role emphasizes personalization, data-driven improvements, and a hands-on approach to messaging strategy. Expect to track weekly KPIs, optimize sequences, and move automation forward.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on LinkedIn outreach and lead generation with measurable results.
• Campaign strategy experience: target customers, research leads, spot buying signals.
• Strong email campaign experience on a dedicated outreach platform.
• Automations you built and maintained yourself on platforms like Clay/Make/Zapier.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.
• Clear written and spoken English; able to explain data, workflows, and progress.

Responsibilities

• Manage an executive's LinkedIn account end to end: prospecting, warm-up engagement, connections, messages.
• Build prospect lists in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and verify against ICP.
• Write personalized outreach tailored to each prospect's company and role.
• Keep the account active, on-brand, and aligned to the executive's schedule.
• Book discovery calls and handle scheduling for an executive who travels.
