Residence Supply is a fast-growing lighting and hardware brand in the U.S. We are seeking a design-led consultant who can listen to clients, guide product selections, and create drawings and renders to visualize spaces before purchase.

You will run booked design consultations, build quotes, and support trade clients while collaborating with designers and contractors. This remote, LATAM-friendly role offers growth into Senior Designer positions as the team expands.

Qualifications

• Interior designer or design training with strong eye.
• Ability to assess a room and determine needs.
• Fluent in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, Revit, or similar.
• Able to produce clean drawings and renders.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confident, warm, and clear on live video calls.
• Comfortable with sales targets and motivated by closing projects.
• Highly organized, responsive, and able to keep projects moving.
• Genuinely care about lighting, interiors, materials, and space feel.

Responsibilities

• Run booked design consultation calls with inbound customers.
• Guide product selection across lighting and hardware catalogue.
• Recommend scale, finishes, light temperature, placement, and combinations.
• Build quotes and pricing for customer projects.
• Follow up with clients and help move projects toward purchase.
• Prepare CAD drawings and 3D renders when required.
• Own the customer relationship from the first consultation through purchase.
• Support interior designers, contractors, hospitality clients, and other trade professionals.
• Share customer insights with the team — what people are asking for, what’s missing, and what opportunities you’re seeing.
