Job summary

Attorney Assistant LLC is expanding its remote legal support network and seeks experienced Legal Assistants to join our roster for U.S.-based law firms.

Ideal candidates have experience in at least one practice area such as Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, Criminal Law, or Immigration, and can manage documentation, deadlines, and client communication.

The role is full-time, remote, with flexible hours aligned to U.S. time zones; candidates must have a reliable device and quiet workspace.

Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting at least one listed practice area: Personal Injury, Workers' Comp, Criminal Law, or Immigration.
• Experience in legal assistance, case management or related legal support role.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable using digital tools and learning case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal administrative and case-related support to attorneys and legal teams.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documents, files, and client records.
• Assist with case management tasks: documentation, deadlines tracking, follow-ups.
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and others.
• Update case management systems and maintain accurate case information.
• Coordinate appointments, correspondence, and other tasks for active cases.
• Support established workflows while ensuring confidentiality.
