Job summary

Genki, a fully remote startup, is seeking a Lead Web Engineer to own the technical direction of web projects. You'll oversee end-to-end application development and collaborate with a small team.

With a focus on user experience, you should have hands-on experience with TypeScript and React among other technologies. The role offers flexible hours, a salary of up to €10,000 per month, and a chance to participate in equity programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience shipping production web applications end to end.
• Strong understanding of web security, performance optimisation, and browser capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Astro, and SCSS modules.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development and shipping of web applications.
• Make major architectural decisions and maintain effectiveness.
• Build and maintain cross-project infrastructure like shared component libraries.
