Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a Lead Consultant Data Architecture & Engineering (GDC) for remote work, based in the Philippines. The role emphasizes Azure data platforms, leadership of technical teams, and hands-on data engineering in a global client environment.

You will design scalable data models for cloud and hybrid warehouses, build robust data pipelines, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with stakeholders across projects, all while adapting to a 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. shift.

Qualifications

• Lead small- to medium-sized technical teams and manage work allocation, escalation, and agile ceremonies.
• Design and implement logical and physical data models for cloud and hybrid data warehouses.
• Architect data solutions for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
• Experience with multiple full lifecycle data warehouse implementations.
• Ability to provision Azure data service resources and integrate data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members and coordinate with clients during Agile ceremonies and meetings.
• Develop source-to-target mappings and perform data profiling.
• Create scalable data architectures to support data integration and analytics.
• Collaborate on API design and data access strategies.
