ElevenLabs, a global AI research and product company, is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive for Spanish Latam. You will build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI, identify new business opportunities, and develop a deep understanding of the AI landscape.

You will demonstrate expertise or a strong willingness to learn about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs’ voice technology can unlock value across customer support and in-app

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience in SaaS or tech
• Experience selling technical solutions to product/engineering teams
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Expertise or eagerness to learn about voice and AI tech
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Hybrid/customer-first mindset prioritizing scale and satisfaction
• Fluency in English and Spanish with regional/cultural insight

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI
• Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs’ AI can drive engagement, automation, or cost efficiency
• Develop deep understanding of conversational AI landscape, use cases, competitors, and trends
• Demonstrate expertise or strong willingness to learn about ElevenLabs’ voice technology and its value across support, virtual agents, and apps
