Job summary

Wing is seeking a Kitchen/Bath Design Coordinator to start immediately. You will design using 2020 Design, coordinate with suppliers, and manage orders while collaborating with sales and project teams. This full-time, 100% remote role follows US EST hours and requires 50 hours per week.

Salary up to ₱95K/month with training and growth opportunities. Applicants should have 5+ years of 2020 Design experience and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of expert-level experience using 2020 Design software for kitchen and bathroom design.
• Experience designing kitchen and bathroom remodels, including using AI tools like ChatGPT to create renderings for sales.
• Strong knowledge of cabinets, layouts, countertops, fixtures, vanities, hardware, and remodeling materials.
• Ability to read measurements, layouts, plans, and elevations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, quotes, revisions, and orders simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills; comfortable working directly with suppliers and internal teams.
• Willing and able to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Design: Create full kitchen and bathroom remodel designs using 2020 Design software (cabinet layouts, floor plans, renderings).
• Supplier Coordination: Request and review quotes from cabinet, countertop, tile, and plumbing suppliers.
• Ordering & Tracking: Place cabinet and material orders with approved suppliers and track through delivery.
• Team Communication: Work closely with sales, production, project managers, and installers.
