Huzzle is seeking a Junior Support Engineer to join a growing technical team supporting life science customers. You will diagnose bugs, implement fixes, and communicate solutions to clients using Next.js, React, Node.js, Supabase, and TypeScript.

This is a fully remote, independent contractor position with opportunities to grow in customer-facing engineering. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams, learn the platform architecture, and contribute to both frontend and backend

Qualificações

• Basic experience with JavaScript and TypeScript development.
• Familiarity with Next.js, React, Node.js, SQL databases, and Supabase.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written English communication, with ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools is advantageous.
• Previous customer support or technical support experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Learn and understand the Next.js, React, Node.js, and Supabase architecture.
• Investigate customer-reported issues and reproduce bugs across the platform.
• Trace errors and identify root causes using AI-assisted tools.
• Write clean TypeScript code to fix bugs and improve stability.
• Contribute fixes across frontend and backend systems.
• Communicate solutions clearly to customers via emails.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting while staying professional and empathetic.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering to prioritize fixes.
• Document common issues and troubleshooting steps in internal knowledge bases.
• Support monitoring, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
