Job summary

GECO Asia is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end managed services delivery across Power Platform and analytics. You will ensure SLA compliance, governance, and client satisfaction while leading delivery teams and coordinating with stakeholders.

The role requires 7–10+ years in IT service delivery and 3–5+ years managing managed service engagements for enterprise clients, including cross-functional collaboration across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Must have deep ITIL knowledge and incident/problem/change handling experience.
• Proven track record managing SLAs and KPIs for enterprise clients.
• Experience leading managed services delivery for distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end service delivery lifecycle for managed services.
• Ensure SLA/KPI compliance, service quality and governance.
• Lead delivery teams, manage capacity and risks.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly service reports and escalations.
