Responsibilities

• Develop Project Charter, Preliminary Scope Statement, and PM Plan.
• Direct and manage project execution; monitor and control work.
• Integrate change control; close project when done.
• Develop WBS, schedule, and risk registers.
• Manage IT infrastructure project portfolio with stakeholders.
• Prepare status reports and drive issues to closure.
• Engage with stakeholders to meet requirements.
