Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a Project Engineer II to plan, implement, and deliver technology solutions for client requirements. You will independently manage standard infrastructure projects, collaborate with internal teams and clients, and document outcomes to support long-term operation.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication in a customer-focused role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT infrastructure project experience.
• Experience with distributed or remote teams.
• Hands-on deployment and troubleshooting of servers, networking, cloud platforms, endpoints, and related technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting or project-based environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of client technology projects while meeting scope, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot servers, networking, cloud platforms, firewalls, and endpoint management systems.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients through planning, implementation, and handoff.
• Produce accurate implementation notes, as-built documentation, and knowledge base articles.
• Identify process improvements and update SOPs and knowledge base documentation.
• Proactively identify risks and resolve issues to ensure project success.
• Provide technical guidance during project execution and share knowledge with peers.
• Ensure solutions meet client expectations and support long-term stability.
