Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a Project Engineer II to plan, implement, and deliver IT infrastructure solutions for clients. You will handle servers, networking, cloud platforms, and endpoint management while contributing to SOPs and knowledge bases.

The role requires hands-on deployment, strong communication, and experience working with distributed teams. This position is remote, aligned with PST hours, and targets long-term operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience implementing and supporting IT infrastructure projects.
• Experience with distributed or remote teams.
• Hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting servers, networking, cloud platforms, endpoints, and infrastructure technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting or project-based environment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of client technology projects while meeting scope, quality standards, and timelines.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot servers, networking, cloud platforms, firewalls, wireless solutions, and endpoint management systems.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients throughout planning, implementation, and handoff.
• Produce accurate implementation notes, as-built documentation, and knowledge base articles.
• Identify process improvements and update SOPs and knowledge base documentation.
• Proactively identify technical risks and resolve issues to ensure project success.
• Provide technical guidance during project execution and share knowledge with peers.
• Ensure completed solutions meet client expectations and support long-term stability.
