Job summary

Remotee seeks an experienced Senior IT Helpdesk Manager to lead the IT support function across multiple brands. The role combines hands-on technical work with building scalable processes, SLAs, and a team as demand grows.

You will engage with international clients via Teams and contribute to expanding our external IT Helpdesk offering. Prior experience with recruitment tech or recruitment agencies is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a remote IT support helpdesk team with a proven track record.
• 1+ year managing a helpdesk team - supervisor or higher.
• Experience providing remote IT support to Australian companies.
• 1+ year engaging with international clients via Teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills.
• Bonus: experience with recruitment agencies or recruitment tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote IT support for hardware setup for new hires.
• Manage logistics and shipping of all hardware.
• Install operating environments for company hardware.
• Implement IT ticketing systems, processes and procedures.
• Resolve escalated technical issues efficiently.
• Administer and support the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Support Remotee's clients on recruitment tech and business apps.
• Maintain IT documentation and security standards.
• Deliver high-quality remote IT support to international users.
