Sourcefit Philippines, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Administrator to support day-to-day inventory operations.

You will process inventory orders, record incoming and outgoing stock, and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure data integrity and timely stock availability across stores and warehouses. This remote role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with Manila time, requires strong Excel skills, and collaboration across teams to update costs, manage allocations and replenish

Responsibilities

• Raise In Season POS.
• Manage In Season Order amendments.
• Manage seasonal Indent Orders.
• Run in season reports.
• Communicate with Freight Forwarder.
• Update Shipping information.
• Book deliveries via DHL.
• Replenish Retail Stores.
• Replenish Warehouse.
• Update Supplier cost prices.
• Update Wholesale & RRP.
• Upload & Receipt Purchase Orders.
• Upload Store allocations.
• Update MIN MAX methods into system.
• Analys Size Curves and update accordingly.
• Ensure data integrity is maintained within the EEE POS system.
• Oversee all data in the system is accurate and categorized within the correct categories.
• Oversee all Item registration is carried out in a timely manner and is active and ready for stores when the stock arrives.
• Monitor website to ensure it reflects range.
• Compile products for website.
