Job summary

Altametrics is seeking a Contract, remote Inside Sales role based in the Philippines. You will generate and qualify leads, work with the sales team to convert qualified leads into opportunities, and manage follow-ups through the CRM.

The position offers uncapped commissions with a monthly OTE of $300–$1,300. It is remote, requires own equipment, and aligns with Pacific Standard Time night shifts; both part-time and full-time options are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of inside sales experience
• Ability to generate qualified leads daily
• Clear and professional English communication
• Strong follow-up and lead management
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Reliable internet connection and remote setup

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and qualification through outbound and inbound activities, including cold calling and email campaigns, prospecting, and booking qualified appointments.
• Coordinate with the Sales Leader on qualified leads and opportunities.
• Log customer interactions, update pipelines, and record data accurately using our CRM.
