Job summary

Beyond Border is seeking a dedicated Immigration Paralegal to support U.S. employment-based petitions from a fully remote setup. You will assist in preparing and submitting petitions, research immigration law, and coordinate with attorneys and clients to ensure filings meet deadlines.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3+ years of O1/EB1/EB2 experience, strong document prep skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of US O1, EB1, EB2 petition experience with approvals.
• Strong knowledge of Law, Immigration Law, and Immigration Issues.
• Experience with Visas and Employment-Based Immigration Processes.
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and detail-oriented case management.
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a remote environment.
