Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an IAM Engineer to design and maintain identity and access systems across multi-tenant environments. You will bridge security protocols with seamless user experiences, ensuring robust authentication and authorization across global applications.

You will design scalable IAM solutions using OAuth2, OIDC, SAML; manage Auth0/Okta/Cognito; implement RBAC, ReBAC, Zanzibar-inspired models; automate lifecycle, and collaborate with engineers to enforce identity data and token

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or related security roles.
Experience designing and implementing identity systems using OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and JWT.
Hands-on with IAM platforms such as Auth0, Okta, or AWS Cognito.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable identity solutions using modern protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML).
Manage IAM platforms (Auth0, Okta, Cognito) for centralized authentication services.
Architect fine-grained authorization models (RBAC, ReBAC, Zanzibar-inspired).
Automate identity lifecycles and integrate SSO and federation across global applications.
Collaborate with engineering to enforce security standards for identity data and tokens.
