Job summary

Teceze is seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC/IRM Specialist to implement, configure, and support GRC/IRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with risk, audit, compliance, and IT teams to streamline governance processes and improve enterprise risk visibility.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation, configuration, or support.
• Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance processes.
• Experience with Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, and Audit Management.
• Knowledge of risk assessments, controls, control testing, and remediation workflows.
• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow GRC/IRM applications.
• Manage risk assessments, risk registers, risk statements, and risk response plans.
• Configure Policy and Compliance Management, including policies, controls, attestations, and compliance monitoring.
• Support Audit Management processes, audit engagements, findings, and remediation activities.
• Configure control objectives, control testing, and evidence collection workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow GRC/IRM with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other integration methods.
