D2B is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead HV infrastructure delivery for Australian and New Zealand projects. This remote leadership role focuses on establishing engineering systems, standards, and technical delivery across the business.
You will oversee design reviews, coordinate external consultants, mentor the internal team, and ensure compliance with industry codes. Competitive PHP salary offered with AU/NZ business hours.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in electrical engineering, ideally within HV or power systems.
- Senior engineering or technical leadership experience.
- Familiarity with transmission infrastructure, substations, and grid connection projects.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain engineering systems, standards, and procedures.
- Provide technical oversight across projects from feasibility through to construction and commissioning.
- Lead technical reviews and ensure quality across engineering deliverables.
- Define and improve engineering workflows, tools, and documentation systems.
- Mentor and develop internal engineering teams and manage external consultants/contractors.
