Job summary

You will lead qualitative research, map journeys, build prototypes, and run usability tests to ensure interfaces are safe and intuitive for physicians, staff, billers, and patients.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams in an Agile environment, mentor teammates, and uphold accessibility and privacy

Qualifications

• Experience conducting qualitative research with users.
