WRS Health in Remote Philippines is seeking a Human-Centered Design Engineer to bridge user needs with technical execution for our EHR and practice management tools. You will lead qualitative research, map journeys, build prototypes, and run usability tests to ensure interfaces are safe and intuitive for physicians, staff, billers, and patients.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams in an Agile environment, mentor teammates, and uphold accessibility and privacy

Formación

• Experience conducting qualitative research with users.
• Ability to design and execute usability tests.
• Skill in mapping user journeys and translating insights into design.
• Prototyping interfaces and iterating based on feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Lead qualitative research with physicians, staff, billers, and patients.
• Map end-to-end user journeys for EHR and practice management tools.
• Build and test prototypes; run usability tests to validate concepts.
