Job summary

Nutrition Center of the Philippines is seeking a Research Assistant to support the Health and Nutrition Unit in strengthening frontline health workers’ nutrition competences. The role involves literature reviews, data handling, stakeholder coordination, and tool development.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nutrition, Nursing, Midwifery, or related field, with research experience, proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office, and willingness to conduct fieldwork.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Nutrition, Nursing, Midwifery, or related field.
Active PRC registration/licensure, where applicable.
Valid Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification.
Completion of the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) training before engagement.

Responsibilities

Conduct literature reviews and field research.
Manage collection, processing, and data management of research data.
Support curriculum analysis and development of assessment tools.
Prepare reports and presentations; monitor research quality and progress.
Coordinate with government agencies, academic institutions, and other stakeholders.
