Job summary

ZigZag is seeking a Graphic & Marketing Administration Assistant to support the Sales & Marketing Team in preparing, organizing and uploading product imagery and digital assets across Wholesale, Ecommerce and Brand channels.

Based remotely, you will manage asset preparation, resizing, naming conventions and uploads to platforms such as Dropbox, Shopify, NuORDER and client portals, while following Lioness brand standards. Strong English and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in graphic administration and asset management.
• Familiar with ecommerce platforms and wholesale portals.
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
• Excellent file naming and folder organization.
• Strong written English and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, name, organise and maintain product imagery.
• Edit and resize assets to platform specs.
• Upload assets to Dropbox, NuORDER and client folders.
• Create and maintain lookbooks and links.
• Support marketing assets and lookbooks for campaigns.
